Stack the universe in your favour


Law of averages - if I show up in a positive environment/attitude/outlook/demeanor more often than not, statistically I'm erring towards a positive outcome.


We all need to take a break some time, but don't make a habit of it just because your vibe is off.


When you do, you give yourself permission to bail again and again, and it gets easier each time you do, until you've not trained for 3 weeks and now you have separation anxiety about returning because you wont be "as fit" or strong etc


This is not a motivational "get your ass to the gym" post.


It's a realise how behaviour now effects behaviour later,


Just remember your later self will thank your current self for showing up that one time you didn't quite feel like it.
