The goal is to get better not get tired for the sake of it.
This program has been designed to increase your running performance, specifically to lay down a new 10km PB whilst simultaneously
improving your strength, especially in those moves that directly transfer into running ability.
Training for both strength and endurance can be difficult. This program does not have you running that much, on average only 2x/week up to 4
which does mean that each session is important and not one to be missed, which means runs need to be pitched right to allow progress but
also recovery so as not to impede your next run
