GROUP TRAINING PROGRAM

Our group training sessions provide a supportive and inspiring atmosphere for you to reach your fitness goals. Our team of experienced trainers will guide you through tailored exercises and activities to help you build strength and endurance. You'll also benefit from the motivation and camaraderie of other participants in the group.

Our hybrid training timetable utilizes strength biased sessions, cardiovascular biased training, and mobility via yoga, and you can even try our House work sessions with a live dj so you can really tailor your training experience with us to be as unique as you and your goals.

We focus on providing a personalized experience to help you achieve your fitness goals. Our experienced coaches are committed to helping you reach your full potential and will guide you on your journey to a healthier, stronger you.

Our Strength and Conditioning sessions are designed to help anyone reach their peak physical performance. Our experienced coaches will guide you through a comprehensive program tailored to your individual goals, designed to improve strength, speed, power, agility and overall athleticism. We utilize a variety of strength exercises, plyometrics, and other conditioning activities to maximize your potential.

Beginner to advanced our program is designed in such a way to meet you where you are.

CARDIOASCULAR TRAINING
WELCOME TO THE ENGINE ROOM

Welcome to the ENGINE-ROOM (To coin a #TEAMTHOPE phrase). Our Conditioning sessions are about building a bigger engine,  Not just to make you sweat or feel sick! 

We use varying conditioning methods that aid improvements of cardiac output, endurance and capacity.

They are full body session using a variety of kit to build a body fit as it looks. Expect intervals, EMOM'S & AMRAPs. Be ready to blast it on our Ski-Erg, sprint on our Assault Bike or hit the infamous goat-run! LETS BUILD THAT ENGINE.

A signature of Thorpe Performance, "Hybrid training" can be described as training different facets of exercise or sport that do not explicitly support one another.

-Deadlift 2,5x's bodyweight and complete an obstacle course season.

these goals have all been accomplished whilst ONLY attending our hybrid sessions. They provide a balance of strength and conditioning that evolves over time and is adjustable to your goals.

It's through one-to-one PERSONAL TRAINING that our coaches really hone in on your individual goals and programme your training accordingly. Focussing heavily on your nutrition as well as your progress in the gym, our entire coaching team will support you, working at a constantly sustainable rate to hit the results you set out to achieve. Send us an email using the contact form below to arrange an initial consultation to explore working together further.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Training as part of a small group of people you know, trust and feel motivated by can be hugely beneficial. You may wish to train with your partner, a group of friends or get the whole family exercising. This option offers the perfect marriage of training as part of a team, but with closer to the contact time and support of a personal training session at a significantly reduced cost. Simply split the hourly rate between your group of 2 - 6 people. Get in touch with us to explore further.
